Matt came on board as a consulting UX director for the development of a knowledge platform for a global white goods company, as part of a project for Ogilvy consulting in Europe. It was a challenging project, with many technical & strategic problems that had to be solved, and Matt was fantastic at guiding us through the UX challenges & coming up with solutions. His creative & strategic insights helped massively in the success of the project in terms of selling it into the Exco of the company, who then gave the go ahead on the rest of the project.
